Festival Vietnamese Culture - Cuisine 2023 in Quang Tri was held According to Plan No. 980/KH-BVHTTDL dated March 17, 2023 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the participation of provinces, cities throughout the country.

This is one of the events aimed at promoting the economic recovery and tourism of Vietnam, contributing to honoring and promoting the beauty of Vietnamese culture, tourism and cuisine in general, and an opportunity for Nghe An promotes and introduces the potential, human culture and tourism products and culinary services of Nghe An to businesses, investors, tourists from provinces and cities across the country.

With the theme "National Soul - Taste of Homeland", the program is a  Cultural Festival focusing on food, bringing the folk colors and traditions of  Vietnam in regions. the story of identity, the interference of life's flavors, highlighting the unique features in Vietnamese culture, expressing the integration, development, continuation, and creation of own values in modern life.

Vietnam Culture-Culinary Festival 2023 has the main activities including: Demonstration of Vietnamese culinary quintessence with the participation of artisans from 3 regions, regional food fair with the scale of about 80 stalls, outdoor music space and many rich activities on the sidelines.

Nghe An participated in the festival with 03 booths to promote and introduce tourism potential, culture, people and typical dishes and products of the province such as: Eel of Nghe, Giò me... Provincial stalls Nghe An attracts a lot of attention from tourists.
