ACTIVITIES TO CELEBRATE THE NGHE TINH SOVIET DAY

Xo Viet Nghe - Tinh is the common name for the struggle movement of workers and peasants in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces in the period 1930-1931 against the French empire for the first time to regain power in the hands of the people. Because it was born in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces, it is called Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, is a new form of state government organization of peasants and workers.  

Although the Nghe Tinh Soviet government only existed for a short time, this was the first uprising under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam since its birth (03 February 1930), then the Indochinese Communist Party (from October 1930), it had a resounding influence in the country and the world, which considered the pinnacle of the Vietnamese revolutionary movement in the years 1930-1931.

In 2020, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province solemnly held the 90th Anniversary of the Nghe-Tinh Soviet Union (12 September 1930 - 12 September 2020), the art program "Soviet Flame". The program consists of 3 chapters. Chapter 1: Slave Night; Chapter 2: Rise up and Chapter 3: Nghe An expands to new roads.

First two chapters of the art program represented important milestones from the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the revolutionary climax of 1930-1931 in Nghe-Tinh.

Towards the 90th Anniversary of the Nghe-Tinh Soviet Union, since the beginning of 2020, Nghe An has launched patriotic emulation movements in association with the organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Up to now, the party congress at the grassroots level has been completed, the whole province is actively preparing to organize the 19th Provincial Party Congress, creating a solid premise for the whole province to excitedly enter a new stage of development.

Today, in the cause of comprehensive renewal of the country, implementing the strategy of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland, realizing the great thought of President Ho Chi Minh and the burning aspiration of Nghe Tinh Soviet soldiers is to maintain independence, national sovereignty and territorial integrity, bringing our country to a shoulder with the great powers of the five continents... That is the great revolutionary impetus in this era.
