If you come here in the spring, you can also attend a unique market, cherish the friendship between Vietnam and Lao P.D.R.

When Nam Can was upgraded to an international border gate, the market changed to meeting on a plot of land belonging to Dinh Dam village, Noong Het commune, Xieng Khoang province, Laos (about 1km from the border). From the afternoon of January 28, the compatriots of the two countries were busy setting up tents and shops. At night, most people did not sleep, they meet, share together the joys and sorrows of life with a cup of warm corn wine.

Nowadays, traffic in mountainous areas is more convenient, and there are motorized vehicles, so going to the market is no longer too difficult. Here, many elderly people, if their health is still good, often do not miss any market, especially at the end of the year to be immersed in the sound of the trumpet calling for friends, to immerse yourself in the crowded and bustling atmosphere, to spare the hard days of making a living.
