Ha temple

Ha temple relic was built on the bank of Cua Trap in Dong Tam village, Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province. A charming, picturesque landscape location, it is an ancient cultural work, has existed for hundreds of years, is a place to commemorate King Uy Minh Ly Nhat Quang - the hero who has built and laid the foundation for  the village.

Experiencing many ups and downs of history, the temple still preserves many precious artifacts and valuable ancient trees. The temple is not only a place of worship and memory of the merits of Ly Nhat Quang, but also a gathering place of gods who have made merits of protecting the country and the people, contributing to the stability and socio-economic development of the homeland. countries such as: Four Female Saints, Sat Hai Dai Vuong Hoang Ta Thon...

Every year, on the days of offerings and New Year... people come to worship in large numbers; Especially, every time the fishermen go out to sea, they come to the temple to offer offerings and burn incense to pray for the protection of the gods for the fleet to sail smoothly, the waves are calm, and the boats are full of fish and shrimp. In particular, Ky Phuc Festival takes place on March 15th at the lunar calendar, people gather to the temple to organize sacrifices, procession... to pay tribute and gratitude to ancestors, review old stories, pray for favorable rain, peaceful wind, people's peace, and prosperity. Besides the ceremony, many folk games are also organized such as: Reading the village's wishes, wrestling, playing human chess, boat racing, tug of war, pushing sticks... This is a meaningful form of intangible cultural activities that needs to be maintained and developed.

The presence of the cluster of relics is an eloquent and true evidence of artistic creativity, not only beautifying Quynh Lap's hometown, but also create for Hoang Mai a diverse relic complex, attracting tourists to visit, making a great contribution to studying and learning about local customs, traditions, cultural identity, as well as traditional education "Drink water, remember the source" for today and future generations.
