THE BOOK AND READING VIETNAMESE CULTURE FESTIVAL IN NGHE AN

The Book and Reading Culture Festival is organized to bring the reading movement into a habit and cultural beauty; to promote activities of collecting, researching, composing, publishing, preserving and promoting good and valuable books about contents and forms to readers. Mobilizing the participation of the community in investing resources and developing reading culture, raising responsibility at all levels, sectors and social organizations for building and developing reading culture in localities in the province.
